Waste not, Want not: A Preview

We had the extreme pleasure of doing a private dinner for four friends the other night. It was a test run, of sorts, for the upcoming Waste Not, Want Not dinner. Here are a few pictures from Anna Laero

    I see stuff like this and I feel a little humbled. I know all the flavors, but I can’t do the math. For what I can do, I can create balance within my dishes, but I remain fascinated by the shards and shoots that make up the elements of what you put on the plate.
